The lovely and talented, Ann, who visited from Florida for Knitting in the Heartland, just published The Slipped Stitch Shawl and I was able to test knit this beauty for her.

The main yarn is Zen Yarn Garden Serenity Silk Single in Charcoal and the hot pink detailing is Malabrigo Sock in 857 Light of Love.

The because the Zen Yarn Garden Serenity Silk yarn has 15% Cashmere and 10% silk, it’s light and drapey, yet fluffy and soft.

I love how the Malabrigo Light of Love color wafts in and out of pink with touches of orange underlay. Simply beautiful.

Please give Ann some love and purchase this very fun-to-knit shawl and make it your own with the colors you love. The repeat is easily memorized so you’ll enjoy chatting with friends or binge watching your favorite shows! You can find it here in her Ravelry shop!

For those interested, my Ravelry notes are here and it is up for sale or swap!

Until next time, happy knitting!
